If you revolve the adjusting bar, the slicer moves up and down to adjust to 3 levels of thickness.
[1] For onion salad, the very thin 0.5mm thickness is recommended. Make a healthy salad easily.
[2] Slice various bell peppers to approx. 1.3mm thickness. Add some color to your salad!
[3] You can also easily slice cabbage which goes well with deep-fried pork if you adjust it to approx. 2.0mm thickness!
When you store, adjust the bar so that the edge is covered for safe storage.
The fine ceramic material won't rust or give off a metallic taste. Can also be bleached.
[How to use the slicer]
The blade is single-edged. Place a vegetable on the slicer making sure the fibers are at right angles to the edge. Then slide it toward the front.
You can easily slice cabbage as well.
When the food becomes small, use the included protector to avoid cutting yourself.
