We temporarily suspended our Forwarding Service due to an increasing number of orders being made using stolen credit cards. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused to our customers correctly using the service.
In re-launching our Forwarding Service we have reluctantly decided to introduce limits to its use in order to prevent fraudulent orders. From now on, the restrictions detailed below will apply. Also, please note that we may run checks on cards with credit card companies in order to prevent use of stolen cards.
- Total of any order from a Japanese online shop etc. cannot be over JPY 10,000.
- The Forwarding Service cannot be used for nissen items, or items from online auctions.
- When forwarding order confirmation emails from Japanese online shops please use the following new addresses:

Please note that we will not respond to inquiries about an order's delivery status. - We will not accept orders for which the payment method is Bank/Post Office Account Remittance, Payment at Convenience Store, or Cash on Delivery.
- If your parcel does not have your Forwarding Number (the number beginning with "JT") in the address we will not accept it.
This service is not a proxy service for making purchases. We will not perform member registration, assist with shopping, or respond to or translate any communication from an online shop. Ordering and payment are your responsibility. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for any problems arising with a Japanese online shop as the result of use of our Forwarding Service.

There are no long and annoying procedures to go through. When you order, enter the destination address as JSHOPPERS (Japan). Then, when your order arrives at JSHOPPERS.com, we'll forward it to you!
The destination address to enter is the JSHOPPERS address plus your Forwarding Number.
No handling fees. And a 5% discount on the regular EMS shipping fee! There's no need to pay high shipping fees! The JSHOPPERS staff will pack your order carefully, and because we'll send it with EMS (Express Mail Service) you can track it with a tracking number.
When you use this service 1% of the shipping fee is converted into JSHOPPERS points, which you can redeem for a discount at a rate of 100 points = JPY 100 next time you shop with JSHOPPERS. (This point discount cannot be used with the Forwarding Service.)
