The price of merchandise sold at JSHOPPERS.com is based on business deals or collaborations with Japanese companies. Our staff, experienced with the mail-order industry, chooses the best officially recognized products in Japan for sale on our site. All merchandise is planned and designed in Japan as well as sold in Japan. Although some items are manufactured overseas, we only handle merchandise that has passed the most strict quality control measures here in Japan.
Price and Shipping & Handling Charges
The price of merchandise at JSHOPPERS.com is the same as the actual Japanese market price (with the exception of some items). Enjoy shopping for items at similar prices to those found within Japan. (All shipping and handling fees, such as postage, insurance etc., are the customer's responsibility, however.) On August 1, 2006 we substantially lowered our shipping fees and rates to make our service even easier to use.
Secure Shopping
We use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) to encrypt the personal and credit card information provided to us by our customers. This system will secure your online shopping. Additionally, your credit card information will not be fraudulently used by any third party.
You will be charged AFTER your merchandise has shipped (when paying by credit card)
We will only make our request to your credit card company for payment after we ship your merchandise. Therefore, you will not be charged by us before your order has shipped. We will ship your order to you within 9 days, counted from the day after your order is placed. Orders are shipped by the Japan Post International Express Mail Service (EMS) or international courier, and you can follow your package's progress using a tracking number. Orders usually arrive at their destinations approximately 3 days after shipping.
