A piece from Koji Kamada that has received high praise all around the world. Thin, very refined and with a smart shape - there are no 2 of this item, which can be called a work of art, in the world.
Iron glaze called Tenmoku glaze creates a "yohen" phenomenon with depth beyond human understanding. Work that involves repeated study and continual challenge during 40 years of research, and work that becomes more fascinating the more it is done leads to infinite potential. The fire, soil and glaze crystallization provide us with an ever-changing appearance. The sophisticated unique style has received high praise from enthusiasts in and outside of Japan.
