Advice to customers ordering rings

When ordering a ring, choose the correct size by measuring the inner diameter of one of your own rings, and then finding the catalog ring diameter that most closely matches it. Please note that we are unable to resize rings.

• When wearing jewelry, please bear the following points in mind.

  • In some cases, having the metal parts of an item of jewelry in contact with your skin may cause itching, rashes and the like. If you notice any skin problems, stop wearing the item in question, and consult a dermatologist.
  • It is possible for jewelry to cause accidental injury if worn while sleeping, participating in active sports, carrying out physical work, or caring for children, so avoid wearing jewelry in these situations.
  • It is possible for jewelry to cause burns if worn in extremely hot conditions, such as in the sauna, or in extremely cold conditions, such as when skiing. We therefore recommend that you avoid wearing jewelry in these situations.
