When immersed in water or hot water, the fibers shrink to make the towel work as an exfoliant when you scrub your body.
Immerse in cold or hot water and wring dry. Scrub your body with the wrinkled texture working against the skin. Massage slowly without applying too much pressure with a down to up motion.
Using without any soap will increase the effect. (Soap will soften the feel but will decrease the effect.)
When using for the first time, the usage sensation may be too harsh so use it 2 or 3 times a week for best results. When the skin becomes accustomed to the sensation, you can use it daily.
Softening the skin by bathing in warm water will increase the effect.
