A breast pump set that naturally pumps milk as you massage with your hand. Both sides of the cup are cut to stop your hand knocking it, so breast pumping is made much easier. The wide cup opening makes sure to catch all the milk. Comes with a 160ml plastic baby bottle with a teat that copies the natural feel of a nipple.

●Instructions:
1. Wash hands and breasts.
2. Soak a towel in 60-70 degree Celsius water, squeeze it out, and use it to warm nipple. Massage to open the mammary glands.
3. Hold pump cup and twist onto bottle to attach.
4. Squeeze with hand to pump milk. If you rest the pump set on a table etc. you can use both hands to pump.
5. Remove cup, attach teat to bottle and feed to baby.
●The best way to massage and pump will vary from person to person, so consult your doctor or midwife.
●Stop if you experience pain or discomfort when pumping milk.
●Do not force if milk does not flow. This may injure nipple and mammary glands.
