The Kishu cypress is locally processed and finished in Wakayama. In a round shape that makes it easier to wash thoroughly. Compared to plastic lunch boxes, it keeps rice plumper without getting sticky as the wood moderately absorbs moisture.
Also, nanocoated processing that has SiO4 (silicon glass) as its main material, which makes it suitable for dishwasher use and conforms to the Food Sanitation Law, improves functionality by bringing abrasion and staining resistance. (With a partition)
