●Handling Precautions:
*Wash with a soft sponge before use.
*Washing with scouring powder, steel brushes etc will cause damage so do not do so.
*Be sure to use on low - medium heat. It has very good heat efficiency, so strong heat may cause deformation of the clad.
1. Spread cooking oil over the surface of the omelet frying pan and properly warm over a low heat.
2. Pour in well beaten (1-2 minutes) eggs.
3. Spread the egg over the entire surface of the frying pan. (It may overflow, so use chopsticks etc to spread over the entire surface.)
4. Return excess remaining egg to a container.
5. Put cooked chicken rice in the center recess portion and wrap it. (If there is too much rice, up may not be able to wrap it all.)
6. Put a plate over the frying pan, turn it upside down and it is ready to serve.
7. Serve with your favorite sauce, such as demi-glace sauce, ketchup etc.
