Oil candle for alleviating the symptoms of menstrual-related problems. Contains cypress oil to help reduce the pains of menstruation. Clary sale oil lessens the unpleasant symptoms of menstruation. The therapeutic aroma assists in controlling hormone secretion, for better mind and body.

●Aroma Blend: cypress, juniper, clary sage, geranium
●Uses only high-quality organic ingredients (herbs, essential oils) that have met the inspection standards of the British Organic Certification Organization and the Soil Association.
●Instructions:
1. Light treatment oil and after 15 minutes it will dissolve.
2. Extinguish flame. Take an amount of dissolved oil around 1.5cm in diameter in your hands and rub it over your stomach. Rest both hands on the lower part of your stomach to warm it.
3. Rub around the sacrum, then rest both hands there for a few seconds to warm the area.
●Amount: a circle of oil 1.5cm in diameter can be used on one area for around 3 minutes.
●Before use check that treatment oil contains no soot or grime, and remove any present with a spoon.
●Exercise caution when using a flame.
