●Aroma Blend: lavender, neroli, sandalwood, rosewood, lemon balm, petitgrain
●Uses only high-quality organic ingredients (herbs, essential oils) that have met the inspection standards of the British Organic Certification Organization and the Soil Association.
●Instructions:
1. Light treatment oil and after 15 minutes it will dissolve.
2. Extinguish flame. Take an amount of dissolved oil around 1.5cm in diameter and apply it to your neck and chest. Then spread from the back of your neck down to your shoulders.
3. Sitting/standing up straight, massage under your collarbones from the center of your chest to under your arms.
●Amount: a circle of oil 1.5cm in diameter can be used on one area for around 3 minutes.
●Before use check that treatment oil contains no soot or grime, and remove any present with a spoon.
●Exercise caution when using a flame.
